About
I am pursuing a PhD in Biology combining microbial ecology and computational biology.
My work focuses on studying prokaryotic microorganisms involved in mercury cycle and possible connection between this element and nitrogen in permafrost degrading environment.
For my research I use metagenomics and metatranscriptomics approaches.
In parallel, I develop software and data infrastructures for the analysis and organization of omics data, with a particular focus on metadata organization, workflow automation, and downstream accessibility of sequencing results.
If you want to know more about me and my research, I invite you to explore this website as well as to check my profiles in GitHub and ResearchGate.
